Payment
A 50% deposit for your booking, followed by a confirmation email from Best Fishing Scotland, secures your booking.
Final balance is due one month before fishing date.
If you cancel your trip no refund will be made but every effort will be made to reschedule or resell your package.
Travel insurance is recommended.
If your fishing trip is cancelled by Best Fishing Scotland all monies paid will be refunded.
No further liability will be accepted by Best Fishing Scotland.
Poor conditions on the day
Weather is outside our control. No refund can be given due to weather conditions on the day. Safety is paramount.
Wherever possible a change of venue will be offered. Additional costs in permits will be met by the client.
Legal
Best Fishing Scotland will not be liable for any cost or loss you incur as the result of your own actions. Your booking is based on your acceptance that there are hazards involved in river and loch fishing.
Fishing without a guide
When the option of fishing without a guide is offered and taken the client accepts that they, and not Best Fishing Scotland, are responsible for their own safety.
They are also responsible for the safe return of any equipment which they have been lent by Best Fishing Scotland.
Law
In all cases the law of Scotland is the basis of any booking.
